Finally, we've got some results with a much smaller difference between registered and anonymous users. The matches with Mass Effect 2 and Fallout 4 both have less than a 1% difference between registered and anonymous users, and even the Borderlands 2 match is around 1.5%.

The only notable match is Horizon/Fortnite, with almost 7% difference between registered and anonymous. Fortnite doing way better with registered users could be the bracket voting factor, and Fortnite had 43.89% of brackets. The anonymous user result pretty much proves that the Fortnite rally topics had almost zero impact on the match. The number of anonymous votes in the match was similar to Day 1 of the contest, but we had our highest percentage of registered users yesterday thanks to an increase in the number of registered user votes.

Bloodborne is also one of the games that I think might increase in strength from being in a Game of the Decade context as opposed to BGE. The whole Souls niche was one of the big stories of this decade in gaming.

Bloodborne might legitimately be stronger than Dark Souls 1 btw

its position as the best game in the genre has only become more and more solidified as time went on. back when it lost to FFVII it had just been released, had no time to build the massive reputation its garnered...that result should be almost irrelevant by now.

edit: FFXII i meant >_> VII would crush it regardless obviously.
