So WWE's doing this thing where they're streaming matches in WWE2K20 and having wrestlers talk/commentate them. UpUpDownDown will have it so it's watchable without directly giving WWE your hits/money/whatever. But anyway, there's one in particular I've become very excited for given recent podcasts.

Most people see this as a conflict of interest, but yet he still maintains that he is fair and balanced about WWE stories. This is why most people that dislike him dislike him.

He got in an argument with Bryan Alvarez yesterday, and he dropped a line at least Im honest about who I work for along with a picture of Bryan and Dave in an AEW ring. This is a good summary. Ryan Satin also does weird shit like complimenting Vince McMahon for taking dumb hammer props on his private jet to Saudi Arabia as his major takeaway from a podcast with Brodie Lee where Lee discussed how messed up the system is and how unfairly he was treated, especially by Vince in particular.

He also gets very angry when people call him out on bias, especially other people in the industry, and he will continually block people who so much as disagree with him. (The guy who pointed out he worked on that Sheriff Joe show was blocked and apologized to Satin for reading his IMDB page) Satin also tends to deflect criticism by picking out a wrong fact, that he's employed by WWE, and then tries to claim that's why he's totally not bias.

Basically, he's a funny and bad wrestling reporter to follow because he ends up embarrassing himself often.

This is an interesting article about Owen Hart's death, with information from the court case. The short version is that Vince wanted him to repel faster and multiple people told him it wasn't possible to do safely. So Vince told people to just find someone who would do it as fast as he wanted it done and they found a guy who claimed he did it for Sting a few times, but he only assisted in setting it up.

Apparently the reason it failed was because they used a smaller hook meant only for 6 pounds of weight and it snapped open as a result.
