I was curious how people were messing up their fishing chains because it's so easy and then I messed up around 72. But it was really lame, the fish bit like normal and then it gave me basically no time to react before it ran away. I didn't press the button early or anything so I was very confused.

Also my island also started with Biff and a monkey named Sheri.

My mess-ups are usually because I screw up casting. If I have to re-cast I end up pulling on the first nibble half the time, just some weird mental shortcut

Basically all my screw ups are me psyching myself out and hitting A on the third or fourth nibble. I always close my eyes and rely entirely on sound. My reaction time is slower when I'm watching the line.

Turnips here are going for 117 this morning, so still crap, but hey it's better than the 37 from yesterday afternoon. >_>

Oh yeah, I guess the possibility of animals using their workbenches is a reason to go in their houses. I learned how to make a hyacinth lamp from Canberra this morning. Nate had a workbench when he unpacked yesterday, but now it's gone. A friend was with me yesterday and we both got the same recipe from him.

The only issue is that turnips are only sold Sunday mornings and aren't bought at all on Sundays. So you'd have to have someone with a different clock time and idk if turnips spoil if you change time zones that drastically.
