A judge has handed down an order to have David go to a psyche evaluation despite him stating he's "not crazy" after he proposed the "trial by combat" as a way of settling the dispute with his former wife, Bridgette for custody of their kids Iowa Judge, Craig Dreismeier suspended his visitation right in light of his unusual behaviour for a proposal of a duel stating the act was never "explicitly banned or restricted" He pointed out that dueling had been used as recently as 1818 in British Court and asked the court for 12 weeks "lead time" to find or create a KATANA or WAKIZASHI SWORDS as he said he's "trained for this" his WHOLE LIFE!! He also proposed that if his wife wanted to opt out, her LAWYER, Matthew Hudson could take her place He said he knew it was a ludicrous idea but said it was a way of garnering attention about his situation He said "I've kind of run out of options and no one pays attention tow hat i think is a hardship on myself and my children. The court system is stacked against men when it comes to custody and financial support so if women want equal justice, i say she fight me to have custody of the kids and whoever dies loses the battle once and for all" His psychologist appointment has been booked but he says they expect to find him having anxiety but he just states he doesn't like the court system that favours women but that he won't be found incompetent or a threat.
