I try to keep faith in God. I love Jesus but some things that happen to me and my family and other humans on earth are so terrible I wonder why God allows such bad things to happen to people when he has the power to take away any pain and suffering and stress and anything bad. I don't want to give up on God, I pray and talk to him about things I just hope he won't keep allowing certain things to go downhill

We're at the point in the timeline where Faith purchases are just way too expensive relative to our waning output.

They didn't happen everyday. Take Jacob for example, what miracle did he witness?

He once saw what he thought was a ladder to heaven. At what age? Then what?

Moses was 80 when all those miracles happened.
Before the age of eighty, what miracles did Moses see?

The whole point of Jesus inviting his apostles to walk on water like him and them failing is that faith itself is enough to perform miracles, but that true faith is a lifelong ambition. You can't "fake it".

Ive heard many a miracle of people doing things that God told them, and they survive a disaster, see miracles, and heal others. Even a story about the Australian fires.

Wow, his miracles have really toned down A LOT. Its amazing i can do my mimimum wage job and be by myself for many hours a day and im simply ignoring a super being thats actively talking to me!

Have you ever, you know, asked this super being to reveal himself? Not something silly like "God, if you are real, move this pencil!" Just say something like "God, if you are real, and you love me, prove it". He will, and in a personal way that you can't explain it to others, nor can you explain it away.

Or you can continue to live life separate from him and never involve him in anything. That's the beauty of free will. He wants us to CHOOSE him, because what's love if it is programmed?

The bible says God already knows what we do in advance. It isnt free will if the choices are predetermined.

there are places in the world that used to be on land that are now under water. I saw a show on travel channel once about a stone age village that is off the coast of scotland. it's actually completely underwater but thousands of years ago, it was dry land. maybe the chariots got parked there and then flooded

Underwater crustal/tectonic movements, earthquakes, etc could have contributed to that. For all we know where the red sea is, back then possibly could have been just rocky terrain with chasms, and then a tsunami came and it hit them with so great a force that it ripped up the ground and some of them were buried.

Sorry, I just can't ignore multiple possible scenarios and go with some guy asking god to open the sea as 100% undeniable definitive proof.

Severe weather events can happen at any time in any place, what, is Egypt safe from any and all forms of weather or something?
