Yes, it hits a nerve when I am trying my fucking best to think about this game, when two scum have managed to confuse me and made me doubt myself, for someone to go "lol not moving my vote due to logic not even my own."

Anyway what's the tell scare? If you THINK YOU ARE JUSTIFIED VOTING FOR ME, THEN THE TELL YOU HAVE IS ALREADY DEAD.

(I only read the first four words. Like, I am done being told game after game "hurr durr I don't buy it" you know what? You annoy me. This is what happens when you are in a game with someone who is EXCELLENT at a hobby and has to put up with someone who is bad at a hobby being smug for day after day. Annoyance. Short fuse. No, you just have sincerely annoyed me this game for days with your horrific attitude in how I view how the game should be played. This isn't emotional manipulation, because I couldn't care less to manipulate anyone's emotions I am just frustrated.)

Like the only reason I haven't simply kept my vote on you is me making a huge assumption that I am being heavily biased towards you and giving you every fiber of benefit of the doubt that my judgment is not sound. We have literally lynched one town member, who was clearly having the time of his life at not knowing what to do with mafia and simply for PoE reasons and of the two scum we've lynched I was on the one a vast majority of the game and the second you are so unskilled at mafia you couldn't even be bothered to challenge him properly before just giving up, and a lot of people thought he was town.

Like, you have no credibility to ever critique my play. Ever. Because it isn't about skill, it is about effort. You haven't been hassled, you've been asked to contribute and you have on most instances failed and I don't care what anyone else has to say on the subject. No Lea, you aren't being hassled. You are being told you aren't doing enough. And when I just purposely leave you alone for an entire game day, you tell me "oh nothing to do now."

I have childhood trauma surrounding people not listening to me and silencing me, so when I feel as if my words are ignored or talked over it makes me feel small and returns me to a time when I was powerless to shape my world. So when Lea jokes about me doing empty fear mongering, or Scare says nothing I do today matters, it makes me feel powerless and weak and it brings up a lot of bad memories.

But seriously, we have Death claimed power. Chris nearly merc'd by scum Ulti, Scare who saved Chris from scum Ulti. And then Lea who scum Ulti tried to save. (With HB and Lopen remaining)

This game sucks because there are very few lynches to actually get information from. The modkill day 1. Day 3 Sultan was scanned, and we were all in agreement he should die. And Red did nothing to the point that it's kind of impossible to fault anyone that voted him and we all were in agreement he should die. So really we only have Day 2, where it makes most sense that Lea/Sultan were scum there. Lea, Lopen, and HB all voted Ulti, so either way Ulti was bussed.

Lopen btw has been on high Lea defense since the beginning of the game, stating this is just how Lea plays.

Lopen, how does SCUM Lea play in particular differently from town Lea?

I've already explained how I would GUESS scum Lea is different (never seen it) in that I expected she would move votes around less to stir up a bit less suspicion and stifle town more. Town Lea thinks pressuring randos is good, so scum Lea probably plays a bit more conservative with it, particularly once suspicion is already on her.

Like let me try to think about this to make sure I am on point with myself here. My business is doing fine, Bernie is up in polls, had a fun day with the fiance and the kiddo, and work was a bit annoying but nothing too bad.

I sighed and thought about the little things he had done that made me suspect that was the case. The way he defended Ben, the way he was nuanced with Death. Usually when I am wrong about someone I will build a little "minority opinion" in my head like the Supreme Court does to discuss the reasons why the majority got it wrong and the implications.

Unless she's aware of that. I recall her vote hopping a lot in the previous game, but voting nearly EVERYONE day 2? Doesn't that feel like leaning into the strategy of vote hopping too far?

So it sounds like you took that fairly well Chris. Did you think about the town town mislynch streak coming to an end? Did you think some people would believe Red's fearmongering and that you might have some undue pressure today? Did you think about how to avert that?

And no Ben I don't really agree. I don't see Lea leaning into vote hopping in a vague attempt to town clear herself especially when she already has suspicion on her for her doing town Lea things and I'm the only one who apparently tries to dissect how her personality would lend to town play vs scum play. Like at that point scum Lea is just frustrated and kinda quietly checks out in the most town destructive way I think.

My town mislynch streak coming to an end doesn't quite mean as much to my heart since I was lynched in the final 3 last year without getting to say a word in a game where I led the lynch against 3 scum. That made me sick for a good two weeks after. TBH Day 2 when I went to sleep early with people kind of thinking of murdering me I was at peace with it ending here. No king rules forever. I was more concerned about my POE. I was planning on voting Lea first thing today since I held a belief in lea/red not being town on town but the initial flip and now Scare's very bad take has me reconsidering things.

Right. I just got done saying if you are scum there is no tell for you to reveal and this was all a game. So by forcing you to reveal it, I gain valuable information. If the tell can be confirmed as being reasonable based on the game's content, you are likely town. If it seems fishy, well...

Chris my question was more about the you + red interaction and how to deal with fear mongering not you being mislynched as town in and of itself. Like red seemed VERY PROUD that you guys never mislynched one another and was saying LYNCH YOU 100% when he flips town. Did you think this would matter today or what?
