I had optimistic expectations given Ewan McGregor was playing Black Mask, but I certainly expected a mid-range rating. DC really has started to carve its own niche into superhero cinema once again. I cant believe the thousands of times Ive seen till my eyes bleed folks saying that movies where the leads are females sucked based on movies like Catwoman or Ghostbusters and its like those movies sucked bad just cause they sucked bad you cant correlate that to just because it had the main characters as women. But people still do and try to use it as justication for boycotting, downvoting or trying to stop them being made at all. Sure the biggest budget movies are still gonna be made but its just such a stupid unnesscary obstacle.
