I believe this was published by Nintendo though so that's a bit different. If this and Wonderful 101 are any indication they're open to letting developers they've worked with publish their games elsewhere. Which is something Sony and Microsoft are also doing. EDIT: Actually looking it up Nintendo just published this for everywhere but Japan.
