It was something like, on any vote to allow more debate, vote yes; on any vote to pass a bill vote no. Basically punt on substantive decisions as much as possible. There are a lot of remaining Democratic senators in red states who will gradually lose their seats and we will ultimately reach a new equilibrium with the number of Republican seats floating around 60. Unless the Democratic Party does some introspection and turns back from the brink - but I think it's already too late. The Democratic Party is already in the control of the coastal, urban, elitist, liberals.
