Ive seen people of other faiths criticize Christianity. I have already stated that you dont need to be of a particular religion to bash it. I feel like thats just some BS that gamefaqs users just cooked up right now. And of course if you are going to use an exceedingly obscure religion like Zoroastrianism to make your point, then your point might have some weight. But try using that same logic with some other, more influential and popular religions in America and other parts of the West, and see where that logic takes you.

Finally, yes, Christians are historically an obviously very powerful (but declining) force in America. But they arent the only religion who have influence in America.

I never said that you have to belong to a religion to criticize it, just that you have to have some familiarity with it.

So other religions in America. Let's see Scientology, that gets heavily criticized. Mormonism, that also gets criticized. Islam gets criticized plenty. Largely due to the actions of middle east theocracies.
Judaism is a pretty irrelevant religion to most people I'd think, it does get plenty of indirect criticism due to Christianity though, a lot of the stuff I've seen people have an issue with are shared in both religions.

Other religions like Hinduism and whatnot end up being things people know exist and as such get little criticism.

considering islam is just under 1% of the american population in terms of religion and Judaism is about 2%, I'd say they get too much flack if anything. I talk shit about all the abrahamic religions pretty equally as they're the religions I'm most familiar with. I think I need to start trashing christianity more often to be more proportionate to what's relevant in my day to day life. thanks for opening my eyes @EventualDecline
