This is why I chose electric. In PA, it's state law that utility company buy back any excess electricity you generate (e.g. renewable energy generated at your home). So sell all that electric back to the grid with no effort.

I think it's more like you don't pay for the electricity you use not that you just have unlimited electricity. If the power goes out, yours does too.

Depends, if you want to operate a super computer it's worth more than a life time of groceries.

Probably groceries. My electric bill is only 50 bucks a month in warmer months and 100 in winter.

Free groceries for life could mean steak and seafood all the time, would be great

In this big house my electric and gas bill together are $200. Another $60 for water. But food for the whole family is about $600-700 a month, and that's with us not getting the more expensive stuff(but also cooking for my grandparents, mother, etc...). If I add the cost of ingredients for work as well, I'd be saving nearly thousands a month.

I'll take groceries over electric for now.

Groceries for sure. I could think of a few benefits to being able to use more electricity than I do. I can think of a lot of benefits to not having to budget on food. More if toiletries and pharmacy are included.

Most grocery stores carry toiletries, and pet food as well. You'd eliminate a ton of costs

Groceries for sure, my grocery spendings are way higher than my electricity bills. (like 5 to 6 times higher)

And that's by watching sales and whatnot and not always buying the best quality. If I could just buy whatever I want without a care for the price, the grocery bills would be even higher.

The electricity is worth more than the coin so you might as well just sell the electricity.

Groceries. I'm not ambitious enough to start and manage a business that uses a lot of power, plus all the extra costs associated with that. It's not like I'm going to build a datacenter or supercomputer complex on my income lol

Although, if I'm allowed to resell that electricity, I could become a middleman electricity provider, but that'd be a pain in the ass

Well let me put it a different way.

If your object here is to get rich you can probably do so much faster by selling beer at a huge discount.
