I've played mafia from Disneyland hundreds of times at this point and no one has ever noticed.

I think HB has been too focused on the lyncher thing. Which from some players would look really suspicious. But I don't know if that's abnormal for HB.

I'll need to reread more in depth for more than that though.

Oh right, HB had logic early for what I thought was a joke vote. I liked that. But then he said that logic was just a joke and that all became null.

Post #317 is the bulk of HB's content.

I guess even after a re-read my thoughts on HB is that he certainly is a player who exists in this game.

Ah yes, disinterest as scum, the hallmark of a scum chris campaign. Also I am not logged into WoW, my fiance however I believe is having fun on my demon hunter trying to recruit the Vulpera for me.

I have work to do first, but given day ends at 10 PM my time there will be plenty of time to *checks notes* lead a last minute lynch against scum.

I have only glanced at this topic so far (again I know it isn't cool to admit to being sick but I was so sick yesterday I didn't even do my pokemon card business stuff and that's not hard!) but I am unimpressed with MI's leader cap so far if it leads to him voting red. Nature abhors a vacuum and in my absence I expect town MI to be more of a good leader tbqh

Anyway, I think I'll be continuing to vote 5tar here. He's pushing me in the same way he pushed Blade earlier- noncommittally. He's not putting his vote down for some reason, despite thinking me scum. Why? It looks like to me he doesn't want to be tied to a lynch of someone he knows will flip town.

I said it's a feeling, not that it's concretely spelled out

Like it was just a very surface level way to make a statement about Hb. Didn't seem genuine

like the gist was "I totally get why people think he's scummy, but he's not scummy" which to me, sounded scummy in the moment lol

Honestly I'd still rather lynch Ben I just wanted to put more pressure on red and see what happened.

And it appears what happened is that both red and Chris appeared to defend him.

Listen the majority of my playing is occurring while my 15 month son is distracting me but I'm still fairly confident most of the lyncher talk has come from you. If it's coming from some one else, correct me.

Okay from an ISO of the word lyncher, yeah. You said it once and then everyone else kept mentioning it for like, 5 pages.

That's not a bad distraction. Let me look again and see if there's someone in particular who kept bringing it back up.

Lyncher:

Blade is actually the first to use the word, implying that Han could be one.
HB says that Han being lyncher "is looking honestly pretty likely".
IGCD says Han is too blatant for it.
Death says we haven't used that role in forever.
SBell says he doesn't know that role.
Lea explains what the role is.
Blade says if there is no lyncher in this game it will be used soon now.
Death mentions hoping that in the past lynchers were more subtle.
Sultan mentions the argument was bad.
puns agrees that it was bad and asks who brought it up.
Blade answers puns.
Sultan votes IGCD for the lyncher theory, when it wasn't IGCD who brought it up.
Blade states that IGCD did not bring it up.
Sultan states that he misremembered.
Sultan moves vote to HB.
Death asks lyncher talk was the only reason Sultan voted for HB.
Sultan says that was part of it.
I (incorrectly) mention that HB has been focused on it.

So basically everyone has put their thoughts in towards how Han is likely not a lyncher, but it is brought up so much that it felt like HB was seriously pushing it. But he isn't. No one is. And we should probably stop using the word tbh.

Blade and Death seem to mention it the most but it doesn't seem in an inherently 'let's keep bringing this up to distract the town' method so I don't know if that was really helpful.

Although it does show that Sultan used another fake reasoning to vote someone - two someons, in fact.

Not to beat a dead horse here but would a lyncher be told the player he/she has to lynch or a flavor he/she has to lynch?

Just trying to understand why making a lyncher accusation would have any merit in general if said lyncher wouldn't know on day one whom they are looking to lynch.

Ive only played with the Town of Salem variation where it tells you the player you have to lynch.
