I dont at all Nurses in my town went on strike this past summer and I supported them 100%. It was unfair how the hospital forced them to work over time and didnt compensate for it properly However, through striking, many of them lost jobs because the hospital simply replaced them. Nursing is a skilled practice and even we can get replaced.
