wolfy42 12/27/19 7:17:32 PM #1:	I am making Rib eye steaks in the oven!! I know, I know, it's sacra ledge, but I have heard that it can come out good. I'm doing each side at 350 for 8 minutes and then i'll turn the broiler on and do 2 minutes more on one side, and 2 minites on the other (With some BBQ sauce on top). Lets see how this works. I would at least have tried to cook em on top of the stove instead in that case. Oh well, yeah it's mainly because of the dumb cover on the grill during winter, it is so hard to take off and put on, so one I don't have to have that on anymore I can start grilling all the time again. This isn't my grill though, it's the grill of the people I rent a basement from, so I have to put the cover on after using it, and it barely fits so it's a real struggle. I did it for months but then just started using it less and less.
