As much as I like Geralt, I'm gonna have to roll with Sam and Dean.

You mean like lying to Dean every season?

If Sam and Dean have Baby and all the gear they keep in the trunk, they can stomp Geralt from range. Up close it would be more weighted toward Geralt. Sam and Dean have fought (and defeated) superhumanly strong beings before, but those were usually fucking with the brothers and not trying to kill them quickly. Geralt probably would be.

At base they just human. Depending on the season though, they could have powers.

Otherwise it is having an angel buddy and it would seem secretly god's blessing.

but for this I would say castiel helping out would be cheating

I like Sam & Dean, but I feel like Geralt might be too OP for them.

like, they have guns, but Geralt has quen, and might be able to block bullets, at least to some extent. plus he has a crossbow, so he can also attack from distance.

he also has that Jedi mind tricks ability.

he's also a mutant that is a few times faster and stronger than a normal human, has heightened senses, and no weaknesses that they can exploit.

Dean solo'd a super strong ancient warrior made out of sand who had a blade blessed by god. This was base human dean.

In latest season 15 episode

Dean solo'd a super strong ancient warrior made out of sand who had a blade blessed by god. This was base human dean.

Wow. I can't remember Dean's plot from that episode at all. I was too distracted by the Sam story. Why are they keeping Eileen around? She's an unnecessary source of drama.

They have the power of always being pinned by the enemy and reaching their final dying breath before the other one breaks down the door and intervenes (if they weren't in the room together) or a random third party guest actor breaks down the door and intervenes (if they were in the room together).

Geralt seems to have the ability to get knocked out, wake up not killed and then do whatever

That is an awful idea. Any ending that separates Sam and Dean will be hated by the true fans of the show.

I disagree. If they have their own families, they can't be as close as brothers should be. I know I was crushed at the end of season 5 when Dean bonded with Lisa. Thankfully, that was fixed pretty quickly.
