My favourite is probably Obi Wan vs. Anakin with the high ground or maybe Yoda vs. Palpatine.
I know they from the prequels, but they still super good.
This what elevates episode 3 tbh. That and Mace Windu confronting palp.

I'm still partial to RotJ's space battle, particularly the shot of all those TIE fighters swarming over the Falcon's cockpit.

Oh, and on any version prior to that motherfucking 'NOOOO' alteration, my favorite all-time moment is Vader throwing the Emperor down the elevator shaft.

I have a soft spot for the lightsaber scene in RotJ. Vader almost had Luke turn to the dark side. Like, Luke lets Vader get to him and Luke just starts going ham on him.

Boiled down to a single moment, it's probably Han's death. It's so well acted, and even though it had been spoiled (in detail) before I saw the movie, I still felt a sense of real dread in my gut when Han walked on that bridge...
