DirtBasedSoap 12/01/19 3:55:15 PM #2:	Microsoft makes it so stupidly difficult to cancel XBL on their website. I pay for gamepass every three months but I like to pay for it as I need it and not automatically. Every time I renew, it turns recurring billing back on despite me turning it off all the time and the button to cancel seems to get smaller and be in a different spot. My recurring renewal is turned-off but when I attempt to just cancel it early it keeps saying "but the subscription has been paid for till XX-XX-XX". After a warning that cancelling early will not give a refund it proceed to say it cannot cancel since the subscription is active. EDIT: Looking at my email history, seems when I subscribed in June and turned-off the auto renewal that setting actually stuck since I was not charged anything until few months later when I renewed it again. --- "You must gather your party before venturing forth" "Go for the eyes Boo!
