Even if it were an original production, it just looks like really generic animation with a shitty story. It transitions from misdemeanor to felony when they use an existing IP to peddle pure shit.

Maybe because they ended Thundercats 2011 on a cliff hanger and instead of finishing that Thundercats, they made this Thundercats Roar, which looks cheap and low quality. It is most likely 10 minutes the cartoon.

I assume the original Thundercats wasn't left in a cliff hanger when it ended.

Anything high quality gets treated bad on CN.

Edit I didn't know about Thundercats until a few years ago, so there is no nostalgia there for me, yet I enjoy watching Thundercats original and 2011.

Such lazy drawings. Its like the outlines he drew on that whiteboard just needed to be colored in and itd be a still from the cartoon.

I agree. I would love it if Netflix grabs it now. That was the best remake of a 80s cartoon.

It seemed like it was popular. I was 14 when it came out and all of my friends were watching it. Cartoon Network just cancelled a lot of action shows around that period so they could release a bunch of goofy 11 minute adventure time ripoffs instead

I remember seeing the first episode and then never being able to find it on afterward.

I agree about it being obvious success on a platform like Netflix. I mean, look how successful the Voltron remake was. There is a market for real retro cartoon remakes.

Finally, Cheetara is looking awfully butch there. I take it they wanted to get away from her feminine appearance, for some reason.

It was always good for the first 40 seconds or so, but all theme songs must come to an end.
