My mom took me there a month ago. You can get anything but the quality isn't astounding. Also very loud. It has a charming aesthetic but I'd prefer to eat somewhere more toned down.

I didnt have cheesecake because it all looked ridiculous and I was full

It's useful, because there's something for everyone. But nothing is going to be great. Their food isn't terrible, but it's not great. I'll eat there, it'll be fine, but whatever I order can likely be done better somewhere else, likely for a similar price. The depth of their menu is the selling point imo.

You can pay the same prices for better stuff. The best steakhouse in Vegas has happy hour steaks twice a day. Just paid 25 dollars for a filet mignon and 22 for a 14 New York strip. No point in going to those chains unless you its right by you

They say that the bigger a menu is the more shitty a restaurant is because the chef doesnt excell at ONE thing.

Which is why Fuddruckers is indubitly the best chain in american history because all they have is Burgers or salad. They perfected the burger as we know it.

I was reading an article somewhere about the best quality restaurants and one of the big factors was menu size. A place with a really large menu would have a lot of frozen meals that are just reheated it said.

Obviously it's not as good as an actual chef owned restaurant - and lol at you mentioning steaks like i said. Blechh

But as a chain it's the best. It's not even a contest. Depending on where you are in the country it's probably better than a lot of the nicer restaurants in those areas. It's good quality for a chain. Their salads and seafood are good

Neither have i - and I've lived in Cleveland, Akron, Detroit, Rochester, and Tucson.

Plus I'd never pay money to go to a steak house.
I'd also never go to a chain Asian restaurant, especially when i live in an area now with a big Asian population

If i want Asian I'm definitely not going to a chain. If i want Italian I'm definitely not going to a chain. If i want pizza I'm definitely not going to a chain. If i want middle eastern or Indian food I'm definitely not going to a chain (do those even exist?).

But if i want generic white people food, like a tuna steak or a huge salad, then it can be easier than waiting until 4 or 5pm to go to a nice, chef inspired, locally sourced/influemced, good kinda restaurant.
Cheesecake factory is above average quality, has tons of options, and has good hours. It definitely is one chain I'll actually support
