Dammit I was keeping Pokemon fainted to avoid overleveling and the AI humans just keep healing your team over and over. Remember when you used to fight your rival and they didnt fully heal you....I miss those days

Yep, the games really do keep getting easier and easier. Every time I think they can't possibly get any easier, they do. At least USUM was a temporary return to form... ish.

At my local GameStop Scorbunny only had like 3-4 people raise their hand when the employee asked who everyone was using. Sobble had the most with Grookey being an extremely close second

I keep running into Dynamax battles for things I dont have type advantage. Gonna try one out anyways

I tried to beat a Dynamax Corphish with the gold aura. I lost because I had Wobbuffet and Magikarp on my team lol

I don't feel overleveled after the first gym tbh. First gym using level 20 pokemon like 'what"

I cant find Zigzagoon or Yamper anywhere. I saw Yamper once and then he wont pop up anywhere on Route 2 again :(

Zigzagoon shouldn't be too hard to find once you get to route 3, I just got there and I'm tripping over a million of the things

Oh wow so VERY STRONG encounter can apply to small Pokmon like Drifloon apparently. Im losing so many Pokmon to KOs from these encounters

Unless Im unlucky Im not seeing a single Gen 8 Pokemon in the Wild Area....

The first big area of the Wild Area is pretty much all old Pokemon, yeah. You can still find new ones in raids though.

All my raid silhouettes were previous Gen Pokmon too. I just died to basically all the ones I tried too since my Pokmon are like lv8

Do they just not let you catch Pokmon much higher level than you? Just got to the wild zone and beat down an onix to a sliver of its life but still couldnt throw a poke ball because it wouldnt let its guard down

Why couldn't they just have given Rolycoly Power Gem? Asking as someone who's just caught 3 Modest ones in a row.

They've always been super stingy with what can learn Power Gem, for whatever reason. The only Pokemon that can learn the TR that couldn't learn it last gen is the Klink line. Honestly, they should've just let them learn it by level up and used the slot on a move that most things that learn it don't already learn it by level up.

Welp I've done too good a job at spreading exp over a bunch of Pokemon because now I'm underleveled for Route 5 and a wild Spritzee wiped my party while I was trying to catch it.

So you can have multiple files as long as you have different profiles under your Switch right?

I'm having a lot of fun so far, but I really do hate the inability to turn off EXP Share. I literally can't just try to catch all the stuff I run into without ending up overleveled unless I just shuffle stuff in and out of the boxes constantly, which is just obnoxious to keep doing.
