Impossible, your body wouldn't even have enough energy to do basic bodily functions, you'd literally start to waste away into nothing.

As for OP, I wish I had the resolve to not be a fatty.

I think you are way more likely if you figure out why you eat, what emotion function it serves and if there is another way to achieve that same function.

Also I'd recommend water fasting for like 2-3 days, after that time your body reset some of it's cravings. It's kinda like somebody who has been drinking regularly detoxing. You get a little different cravings and hunger patterns after a "food detox".

Maybe it's tied to gut biome shit, idk.

Main things are:
1. Make sure what you are doing isn't going to kill or seriously harm you
2. Do whatever successful strategy you find easiest, don't let health bros demoralize you. Because ultimately however you go about losing weight I promise you people will tell you that you are doing it wrong.

Of course you're not going to gain anything. Stuffing your face one time isn't going to change anything. You want to gain weight, do that every single day for a week or two straight.

Calier Woolam aka Doctor Deadlift had to consume about 10k calories a day in order to achieve his strength goals, gain weight, and work up to pulling his 950lbs deadlift.

Eating 3k cals for one day is the reason you stay small.

If anything you may just be skinny fat, which can be worked out with some lifting and growing underdeveloped muscle tbh. Because 165lbs is small af.

Bulima isn't great, you probably want to talk to somebody about that. As far as the depression goes it's a matter of severity and duration.

My main point though is that actually fat people not only have body image issues, but they have gross bad bodies, it's not enough for them to work through their self image problems, even after that if they are insanely perfect changing a lifelong habit that probably helps them cope MAYBE in 1-2 years they can like how they look.

You can probably like how you look tomorrow if you really wanted to.

That's the distinction I was making.

It's good you are honest, but unfortunately you need to be honest with people to get better. One of many things I've learned is even psychologists will not excavate your inner demons, you have to be the one who brings it to the surface and shares it, and it's unpleasant and even then there are 0 guarantees that anything will get better, but you can't get better if you aren't honest.

If it's any consolation to my blunt tone: You are a human being and human beings deserve to be happy, you deserve to be happy.
