I might finally get one but if I can save like $50 on a new one with a game bundled or something I'll wait a few weeks. I don't recall what, if any, deals there were the last couple years (it came out in 2017, right?).

Gamestop will give a $50 gift card with purchase of Switch this year. Kind of meh, but better than Target if you don't want Mario Kart.

I remember some company had a brand new Switches last year on BF for $180 iirc but some people didn't trust ordering from them through Facebook Marketplace even though it was legit (pay with paypal so no big risk anyways). I actually bought RDR2 ($35) at release and a new DS4 controller ($25) from them last year and got both items although shipping was a tad slowish.

I was looking around for a black friday deal myself this year and just decided to by a used Switch locally that had been online banned for ~$160. It came with a 128gb SD card, Zelda travel case, screen protector, and Breath of the Wild game. I hardly play online anyways nowadays and can just mod the console if I need to update or whatever plus the ability to mod some games and run homebrew apps. I'll probably pick up 2 or 3 games this BF if there are some good deals. I want Fire Emblem 3H at least.
