You never respond to criticism or other things we point out. But when someone is wrong you always ALWAYS are there to immediatly point it out. -The town, county and condo boards find Phil delinquent in paying. Meaning if the bank wins, he is likely to get sued by them aswell.

-The condo board is listed as co-dependant, if they are found liable for (part) of the debt, they can then sue Phil for that aswell.

-Phil hasn't appeared at the hearing, nor did he send someone in his stead i.e. a laywer representing him. It also looks like he didn't submit the return receipt either.

This isn't going to go away if Phil chooses to continue to ignore this. If he does, he'll end ip owing money and possibly get sued again, and completely ruin his credit.

If he actually does something, like pay the difference + penalties, no one can ever take him serious ever again about not having money.

Something is going to happen, and it is going to be interesting to watch.

Worfs like foreclosure are bannable as mentioned earlier. But Phil stated he is now raising funds for his upcoming taxes, and anything else you hear is a lie or a conspiracy theory.

Phil blamed the company who made his filled water bottles for spilling, because they filled them too far.

Something else to consider. If you go through the document about the forecolsure, you can use a little math and guestimate how much money the CT condo costs. I'd say about 1200 per month is a safe bet.

Now, given the fact that we are in the foreclosure saga (thanks writers), that means that he hasn't paid in a good while. What happened to that money? Another 1200 in pocket every month, but he still struggles according to his words and needs people to pay for his games?

Yeah that caught my attention too. Paying down 20.000 on a 120.000+ mortgage is even less than the bare minimum.

My guess is that the bank that owned the mortgage previously was pretty damn lax when it came to collection. Now that the mortgage has been bought by another bank, they are really pressing Phil to make good on his end of the contract he signed.

Given Phil's attitude, it kind of seems like Phil is calling their bluff. I will admit this is speculative, but Phil refuses to address it even on his stream, and bans anyone bringing it up. So either he really want to keep it under wraps (it could be damaging to his "image", because else it would seem like he does have the money to deal with it, which will completely destroy his "no money to do anything narrative), or he is actually doubling down and likely is to completely throw his mom under the bus, because all of this was her idea.

It's like those WWE shows where the fans get bored and start tossing around beach balls, doing the wave, and chanting things unrelated to what's going on in the ring. As it always is, the answer is narcissism, but it's amazing how Phil can't understand that he--the streamer--is the one responsible for keeping the viewers entertained.

What's really sad is, this is how he deals with his actual fans. I can kind of understand him getting pissy with trolls in stream chat, but these are fans of his who have shown up to watch him play and are expressing their boredom.

A normal person would be deeply concerned, because Phil telling chat to pay attention to him instead of their own conversation has become a regular occurrence, which indicates that even his legitimate fans routinely find his streams boring. In my opinion, being boring is the worst sin any form of entertainment can commit. Ranting boomer Phil and clown-mode Phil are vastly preferable to boring Phil.

Phil is such an unreliable source of information, especially when it's regarding himself, and then gets upset when people point it out. And instead of dealing with it in a normal manner, people get banned left and right.

First Phil needed the 2000 dollars to get ahead of the curve, as he put it, to start off 2020 with a head start.

Then, the 2000 dollars were needed for his end of year taxes (whatever the fuck that may be, my best guess is his quarterly amount).

THEN, the 2000 dollars are for his tax attorney (so CPA, why the fuck doesn't he just call it that?) to file his taxes and find out how much he owes.

Oh, and then he will still need help with his taxes. Like a fucking clockwork.

His list for his "marathon" (and he is still using that word wrong..) stream has been announced and it's a clusterfuck of games:

RDR2 Online: This seems like the only sane choice in his list, no story to quit after an hour or so. Just online shenanigans.

Roblox: Fucking LOL, that is all I have to say. Not a children's entertainer.

Myst: a long game, that he will play only for an hour or so. Also, with Phil's problem solving skills this is going to be a mess.

KoToR: Why does this idiot keep playing 40+ hour games during a "marathon" stream where he only plays it for an hour or so...

Doom 2: Given how much Phil already sucks at shooters, this is going to be fun.

Standby game: Street Fighter 2. He really has a huge boner for his game.

Like I mentioned before, Phil seems really certain he is going to make the 2000 goal, he even said that he had the marathon to reach the goal. This feels a lot like the Jasper reveal stream, where he constantly felt the need that he had a "feeling" that he would reach the goal, and then PlanetJeff popped up with a 1k donation. The pattern is repeating itself, and I am guessing that a (mini)whale will pop up and make a big donation.

Also, Phil was super bitchy/salty because he lost progress is Super Mario World. All in all it was 2 whole levels, which took him 2 hours to complete again. He was bitching and moaning the entire time.

It was also his own fault, because he loaded a save state, rather than the actual save. When he loaded the save state, that state's save would then overwrite Phil's current save.

It's almost impressive how bad he is at games.

Welp, the Christmas beggathon went kind of as expected:

Suicide Kings
-Boredquit the game. This was after putting zero effort into the game. Complained and bitched the whole time.

Doom 2
-Couldn't get the game to work, spend a good chunk of time getting the game to work, getting angry at Steam, blaming them for robbing his money.

Myst
-According to our hero, the first walking simulator. Surprised it's a point and click game. Complains most of the time he doesn't know what to do. Chat holds his hand throughout the time he plays the game.

Doom 2 (again)
-He buys the game on PS4. Even though he claims he used to play the game all the time, but he is bad at the game. Complains there is no way to see how much health he has. Didn't know the game has a run button, causes him to get stuck.

1 hour break.

KotOR
-Falling asleep. Was bitching about everything. Blamed his viewers for picking "boring shit".

Roblox
-A complete and total clusterfuck. Phil is getting trolled left and right by various names (kind of hilarious ones too here and there). Once again blames his viewers for picking the game.

RDR2
-Hated the game. Nothing much else too it.

Phil only "enjoyed" Myst, but that was because chat was holding his hand all of the time through it. Blamed his viewers twice for "bad" games and hated the rest. This is what fucking happens when you pick 40 hour long games for just an hour.

Phil got a 100 dollars donation during KotOR, which activated clown mode fully. During Myst he also got a bunch of tips, which caused him repeatedly to state he "loved" the game.

After the gaming was over, and Phil started the slideshow, he got a 200 dollars donation which he didn't address. Also, that donation put him over the 2000 dollar goal he set. If he fails to acknowledge that donation during today's stream, I hope he gets his shit called out. But I honestly wouldn't put it past him, he is a scummy fuck like that.

Derich, one of Phil's bigger whales wanted to play Roblox with Phil (God knows why), but he was ignored mostly. I really don't get why people keep giving Phil money, when all he does is ignore you, shit all over you and toss you aside when you stop being useful. This has happened in the past, recently even over a fucking fake email. And the fact that Phil ignores you should speak volumes.

The whole stream was just basically the same as any other "marathon" stream. Half assed, no preparations made, clown mode and Phil being his usual self.

I'll say it once again, Phil is a fucking unreliable story teller.

The most obvious reason is because stories change all the fucking time and can never be verified.

But just listening to him talk, you know he is full of shit.

He often has "tough guy" stories. One includes him making his professor cry (and yes, it was because he was a bad teacher, not Phil being a bad student), his dorm stories and other ridiculous shit. And how do we know these stories are bull? Because there never were repercussions for him.

Most people when they tell similar stories, they always acknowledge in how much shit they got for doing x. Phil never faced any backlash from anything.

And people always are singing Phil's praises. Hell, apparently his movers agreed to assemble his bead (Phil couldn't, because of his back you see) for a fucking shout-out on his Youtube channel. Fucking what? So did they did something, without ANY form of actual compensation, other than a fucking shout-out?

And sure, people know Phil SO well, that they apologize for talking to him on his day off? Fuck me.

I've said it once before, but these stories he tells, are for him, not his audience. To make him feel better about himself.

I don't think Phil is recognized very often in public. If there were stories of people interacting with him in real life, then he'd be telling those stories more often. Relating the positive experiences with fans would make him look good, and relating the negative ones would allow him to reaffirm his belief that detractors are a bunch deranged criminals out to hurt him.
