Id like to hear reasoning for people who answer yes and no, so explain your reasoning, plz.

Anyone ever give your significant other a get out of jail free card? Like theyre allowed to cheat on you one time but thats it.

when I cheat I always manage to convince thme to stay
if they ever tried cheating I'd dump them and just expose them as a cheater to their friends and family

If you're poly and in a monogamous relationship wouldn't it still be cheating if your partner slept with someone else though?

Of course it's an automatic break up. What cuck would sit around waiting for it to happen again. If your girl still goes out clubbing and stuff AFTER you get with her it's a big red flag.

...in theory based on how you define monogamy with a poly person. I guess, the better way to put it is "if I was in a committed relationship where neither of us were seeing other people at the time" but more likely it's this:

we enter the relationship under the agreement that I'm poly and can date as I wish, but they enter being monogamous and they don't inform me that they're going to see other people. Mostly an issue of trust if I'm fluid bonded with that person, and they don't tell me about them having a new partner. Regardless of if they fluid swapped or not, still kind of... Messed up, since I don't know the other person and can't just ask all calmly if they have had a recent check :l

I would have said absolutely a few years ago. But now I think it depends on the specific situation. I'd want to talk to her about it before deciding if I wanted to end the relationship or not.

I've never really had a relationship, but if I did I'd establish rules and if they violate the rules then yes.
