Last time I played Set, the difficulty was increased enough that I was annoyed, but not enough that I felt any satisfaction from winning.

Also trainers give out good XP and I like switching in my underleveled mons just so the game acknowledges they were in the battle.

Pokemon is generally beyond easy, anyway. Either shift mode speeds up your run by letting you switch, or slows it down by constantly asking.

Like 90% of all in game trainers have the same garbage Pokmon you can one shot anyways, Set is the better option because it's faster
