That movie has aged horribly.

Also, Morgan Spurlock never released his actual food logs. It is generally believed that he was also drinking during his McDs binge. Even if he only ate exactly as shown in the film. There are still major problems with the study/film that are easy to point out. Guy went from a largely vegan diet and solid exercise regimen to McDs and purposefully did not exercise or even walk all that much. Guy didn't set out to perform an objective study. He embellished for the most dramatic results.

His TV show 30 days was also a complete joke. It was just his stupid 30 days gimmick with other issues making for terrible experiments.

Still, I've always found Super Size Me very entertaining and I still watch it once every year or two. I just think it is junk science.

I saw it last year and it was alright from what I do remember. It was for a class on marketing or something. Better than doing actual work, although I don't remember a ton of it.
