He admits that he used the n word multiple times during the beating but says it WASN'T ILLEGAL to say those things!! The police chief is one of the few officers in US History to stand trial for a federal hate crime after his violent arrest of then 18 y/o Timothy Stroye in 2016 Sgt. Nathan Roohr told jurors he saw the chief slam Stroye's head into the doorjamb when the teen was arrested for failing to pay at a Ramada Hotel Later on that same day, Nucera said "Donald Trump is the last hope for white people cause Hillary will give it to all the minorities to get a vote..That's the turth, i'm telling you!" The statement was part of 81 secret recordings made by Roohr for the FBI after he complained about the violence As part of his agreement with the FBI to get a confession, Roohr would claim that Stroye'sfamily were considering making a complaint over Nucera's conduct In another recording, the chief says "i'm so tired of them.
