I have personally made Mapo Tofu, chicken Pad Thai, biscuits & sausage gravy, and butter chicken. They are all really delicious. I will probably make lasagna and gyros soon. Eventually Paella will come. Fish & Chips needs to be made a very specific way for me to consider it high tier, it's very easy for places to get it wrong. They often well over cook the fish or undercook it. the best fish to fry in my opinion is North Alaskan cod.
