Zeus 09/10/19 2:47:41 PM #8:	Hard choice, especially considering that many of my favorites -- the Frank Gorshin Riddler, the Burgess Meredith Penguin, the Danny Devito Penguin, the JLU Darkseid, the JLU Lex Luthor, among others -- aren't even on the list. Granted, Joker (Ledger, Nicholson, and the unlisted Romero) and Loki would rank up there for me. However, given that my choice could be among any number of "Others," it'd safest if I chose Other. After that, I guess Magneto. My favorite tv/movie villain of all time is Mishil from Great Queen Seon Deok, but she's a normal human (albeit very skilled warrior and manipulative mastermind).
