Here are the male requirements that I've gathered from the dates and women I've talked to from plentyoffish.

-Must be at least 6ft and look like a model
-Drive AT LEAST a newer German car or better
-Must be making at least $100K NET
-Cant live with parents or apartment and must own nice very nice house
-must be an animal lover especially with dogs

And all this for what... just for some sex and companionship?

All I want is a chill woman I can get a long with and doesn't cheat which is why I went with plentyoffish and not tinder.

The worse part? Most of these women look average or below average and they have very high expectations.

You only need to have all those things cause your list is the same size with just as shallow shit on it. Instagram models don't spend hours a day doing all that make up and photo shit to go home with some broke ass who isn't doing anything. I cant speak for every woman of course but many of those in their 30s are still of the mindset that they are some super hot and desirable 21 year olds that "deserve" nothing but a damn king.

True I didnt think about the starting a family angle. I suppose it depends if OP is 30s and she is early 40s it's not that bad.
