Have you ever had your testosterone levels checked? If you've been eating the right things and lifting regularly without seeing any improvement I'd bank on it being related to that.

Havent had my T checked but Ive had blood works done in the past as part of routine checkup, so I thought they would have picked up on that if it was low

I mean, a small minority of people may have underlying health issues, yes. But the vast majority should be able to continually advance if they are working out "religiously".

Do you eat enough?

A lot of my friends complain about this, but they also refuse to fucking eat so they're always feeling weak and can't build muscle at all.

Body building is definitely a first world hobby.

On top of hard work, it requires time and more time to prepare meals and money for the steak and chicken breast.

I'm guessing you just aren't eating enough or you are a teenager. Either that or your routine is terrible. Since you said Deadlift I'm guessing it's not too bad.

I mean even if you're not getting bigger you would think that just, like, neural adaptations and practicing the movement would produce better results than 135 lbs after 5 years

It's gotta be this, right? Even with lower than average T I would think you would still see some improvements after all that time.
