So you don't think Lea and Chris are connected at all by Lea's watcher bluff? At all?

The way I'm seeing it Chris came in hot this game. He was decisive and divisive and he very visibly drew a line in the sand with his aggressive approach to ending days as fast as possible.

Ben and Lea both went to bat for Chris at various points. Now we know Ben was town, but I'm having difficulty believing that Chris was sooo charismatic that he bamboozled two members of town to fall on his sword.

On the other side of the line we have corrik who had vocally opposed Chris and even saying

For the game, consider this a HARD counter claim.

So the working theory for me is that he stacked both sides of the line. Lea on one side to make sure sultan did not survive to do so things and Corrik on the other to coast into they late game. And this isn't strictly related to the game but I know Chris has been busy being newly engaged and whatnot so I can imagine him desiring a game that moved quick and being content to pass his the torch to someone else to have a shot at end game.

I think Lopen is right. If sk got an ability for a town screw up it would confirm someone scum in the SKs eyes if someone did a late post and no extra ability was granted. But I suppose it is open to host interpretation.

Last game Town Chris got half the game to sheep him on raw Charisma. Seriously, he died N1 and people were still following his game plan on D4. We won but still. Lea was the driving force behind the sheep Chris movement, I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't just more of that

I was looking for when Hb mentioned gravy

Came across these two posts by Corrik. This *phew* post is really strange for a few reasons. First of all *phew* is a weird reaction to have there. It's also weird considering it was made like a minute after his previous post questioning it. Almost like it's scripted to make Corrik look more justified in thinking Hb is town, cause really the case for Hb being town isn't what I'd call something that has a ton of meat on it right now.

I wanted to give FD a chance to answer without anything I said influencing it, but yeah that was how I was leaning as well. Given what we've been seeing, Lea/Corrik scum buddies seems likely. I'll grant that Lea looks worse, I think, and is probably the best lynch for today

It's becoming more likely Lea could be scum with Ben flipping town and Lea doing the "I know nothing" schtick.

But, I still question why Lea would have nitpicked Chris' fakeclaim when be first made it and questioned him so hard. Sure, Lea flips around and helps Lynch sultan with the fake watcher thing later on, but a lot doesn't add up with Lea being scum also.

It's possible and why I took her down into Poe possibility... But... I am not sure it quite fits tbqh. I didn't like her Ben -1 vote for what made no sense and her opening today tho.

I come back time and time again to the if I am wrong about someone, it is likely lopen. It just isn't a path I feel we should go today, unless he won't claim.

I kinda disagree as I think Lea+Corrik scum makes Lea's fakeclaim have a lot more inherent guesswork holes in it and needlessly exposes her. I suppose if you've got your master conspiracy hat on though provoking the SK into revealing its target really stacks Corrik high in terms of trust.

Of course the initial argument of what Lea had to gain by making the fakeclaim still applies.

Let's lynch Corrik first and go from there. Makes sense with either Lea alignment.

If what sultan said was true, and given your claim you do believe that, than Sultan scanned Sbell/Fire_bolt using the scan he was awarded, probably from gravy posting after the STOP. In retrospect, he's confirmed town as well.

This is really interesting. I feel like you're the only one that mentioned gravy being confirmed town. Did anyone ever even ask you to elaborate on this at any point? I completely glossed over it on my first read

Yes, I claimed it when I counterclaimed Chris. It is still accurate. If you think it cannot exist as town and you are town, then so be it. God bless your soul. Lol

I feel we have a path to victory here that is looking to be muddled.

For 1, I tend to believe FD and you as town. Breadcrumb shit is almost always town. FD may have got me here because he knows the flavor well, but if so, kudos. A day 1 breadcrumb on flavor that links to another player. Hats off.

Plus firebolt was instrumental in the Chris Lynch when he came into vote.

So let's just start there.

HB nitpicked Chris' claim when he claimed and attacked it. HB has no balls to do this as scum against his teammate Chris.

Luckily, FD tossing himself into my town narrows things down a lot.

Then we have Mzero and Lea. Lea has the same argument as HB, but Lea does have the ability to go after Chris for his claim. I dont find the watcher thing really damning either. I don't like her -1 vote of Ben for the reasoning or her play coming into today tho. However, I was sure of Ben or her being scum. Ben wasn't. However, just not adding up.

Mzero looked good but he was gungho about FD and Ben with me. If FD is actually town as it may look now, then this looks worse as Ben flipped town also.

Mzero may just be wrong town, however.

IGCD has looked more town than last game. It doesn't say much as he knew he had to put more in. Not sure anything exists to say he is scum all game tho.

Scare had done basically nothing. If scum, he is just emulating his basically nothing existence from last game as town. Inactivity usually means scum for scare, but again, Scare just has been inactive sloth every game now. Hard to judge him on it. Ben being scum and tossing scare to sacrifice in order to confirm himself and take the Lynch off of Chris seemed very plausible. Ben was town however. Ben never even had a real argument on scare.

Is ben flipping town worse or better for scare? Should I think Ben had a good read on scare and he is scum? Idk.

Blade looked great day 1. He however is more likely to replace out as scum tho.

Lopen seems to be hunting a mislynch today. He broke his existing town logic with leaving Chris alive to let him self-resolve. He broke town logic again today as I pointed out earlier. He said Lea and Scare were scum all day yesterday I believe, yet today is going down Corrik and HB paths. It's a flip. His gravy kill and him living argument is nonsense. But, Lopen is astronomically insane as town bordering on a conspiracy theorist.

There is one more slot we likely can confirm is town to lower the suspect pool with a mass claim as there seems to be a slight void in the setup meta.

I hinted at this in my first post of day 1 by using the word "announce". Its why i trusted sbell even before sultan claimed an extra scan. Not that you would know, fire, but sbell spent much of day 1 doing what seemed like sports announcing of the events that were happening. That's because he (you) are clearly the other referee/announce of the tournament, Koto.

I am very flavor knowledgeable, yes. But my first post was just a quickie because I didn't realize there start time of the day was in EST. And so at that point I hadn't read any of SBells posts. Certainly not enough time to figure him out and figure out something that matches.

But it's why in my first post of day 2 when I summed up day 1 I say this:

Sbell does not run errands after all. There's something in the tone to his second post makes me trust him more, but it's hard to say what it is. I think he reminds me of myself in a way.

On a similar thread, Hb had a stupid defense of Ben as town yesterday and has been fairly idle. I think Corrik is the better lynch today, but Hb getting a look would be nice too.
