I mean would you rather

spend $1000 on a watch
spend $1000 on a phone with a watch and more

???
Like unless you are a rich kid that wants to buy a Rolex or Patek to flex on people I think most humans just tell the time with their phones right?

20 years ago I bought a $100 watch, took it off to wash dishes one night and dropped it. It broke. I never bought a watch again.

Its actually more convenient to look at your wrist than it is to pull out a phone if all you needed was the time.

With a watch you just gotta lift up your arm and there's the time.

With a phone you gotta take it out of your pocket or remove it from it's case that's hanging on your belt, tap on the screen or tap the power button, and maybe you have your phone off to save battery so you gotta turn it on. Then you can finally tell the time.

Watches are where it's at.

I wear a watch: It's way easier than checking my phone when I need to check the time.

I have a watch - I can't take my phone everywhere during the work day and I also find it annoying to have to pull into my pocket and tap a button to see the time, which can be hard to see on a screen when it's bright outside.

The watch I bought was $100, got it ten years ago, it's a Citizen eco-drive watch so I've never had to touch any batteries or anything and it's still going strong.

A watch is a timepiece and a fashion accessory. A nice watch will still turn heads.

So its not for practical use but as a fashion accessory for looks?
