My previous wallet broke. It was a simple money clip wallet with four card slots and a pocket for receipts or something. Very minimalist. No folding. Loved it.

But the four card slot thing was not enough as I thought it would be. Ended up having to double stuff a few slots when I went shopping with coupons or gift cards. This caused those slots to become stretched and worn out. Single cards would fall out easily.

So my new wallet is bi-fold money clip with two more card slots just in case. And it one of those slots have have a clear plait window to flash my identification real quick.

It has a coin pouch, plenty of space for credit cards, space for multiple ID cards, a little zippered pouch inside if you want to store some sticky notes or small cards you don't want to get lost and two bill folds for different currencies (or different denominations).

I love those slim minimalist designs. I had just that, except a money clip on one side for cash. The ones posted here looks like you fold the cash and slip it in a pocket. Maybe I should have tried that one.i But I fear it would get too fat and wear down the wallet eventually.

The clip wasn't magnetic tho. It was a hard tension clip that you're not supposed to pull on. Just fold money and slip it in.

I carry my wallet in the front, too. But I still like the minimalist design. Tri-folds have too much potential for junk.

I only need maybe my credit card, my debit card, my identification card and, 15 bills max in the money clip.

I like a bifold with a clear plastic ID thing in the middle. Also my new one has a zipper pocket in the back which is great because of how much bullshit i stick in my wallet and lose.

I used to carry a trifold but after I switched to bifold with an ID thing I wouldn't go back.
