It's actually impressive that he was so hated 50ish bystanders were willing to cover for each other. vigilantism is bad. It could be argued to be in defense of another person since he had threatened to kill the bar owner he had already shot and was on probation for and had guns on him. Either way though, it's an interesting case so I appreciate you sharing it. Later that day a baby was found crying in a dumpster in a nearby town. Turns out the baby belonged to the stab victim. Her oldest son killed her and dumped the baby. But he also had a 5 year old brother who he and his girlfriend tossed into a nearby river while the kid was strapped into a car seat.
