I feel like I explained this adequately? "Generic player is passive, that doesn't mean their scum" is not the same as "Generally actively scum hunting player is passive, that has me concerned".

If you're town, what if Popcorn is just scum who's trying to play the angles? His vote from a town perspective is bad, as it's a bad splinter onto someone you would know is town (yourself), but what makes Popcorn worthy of such a retort if he's scum? Multiple people made comments on alignment and you attacked the person instead. Why?

Anyway I tried to prod Popcorn Fairy 2-3 times and he only had gut for me every time. So if someone is not going to give me content I am not feeling the need or desire to engage them seriously. Lopen spent some time while I was in therapy to break down Fairy. He did a great job.

I'm not too inclined to buy the HB claim given how disinterested he seemed earlier. Town should care more about not being in the line of fire and/or being forced to claim. Not to mention he "did it for the reactions" but then proceeded to not share anything those reactions may have given him.

Now that you mention it, his condemnation of HB was extremely wishy-washy. Like he'd prefer "HB" but also it felt like he would happily jump on any surprise wagon that cropped up.

I can see why me not voting HB might look sketchy to you but I don't see how what I posted would give the sense I wanted to jump onto any other wagon. I would have jumped on the Blade train if that were the case.

I didn't get a strong sense you thought he was scum. Yes, you said the arguments were solid and there were no arguments for him being town, but I never really felt a strong conviction or desire to lynch him. It felt very apathetic about him, the type of feeling that usually results in vote hopping

Maybe based on the first post I made today, but I think by the time I was talking to Firebolt about how the HB lynch made sense because there was no reason to think he was town and plenty to think he was scum, it's pretty clear that I was strongly on board with it.

Considering Blade was the one who backed off HB when he was 1 vote away, I specifically wanted to see what he had to say on the subject. Blade has now cleared up he still thinks HB is scum, so that means his vote removal was so he could try a different tack. I think that is *very* relevant information to have.

No, I never thought for a second Blade bought that claim. What I need to determine is WHY Blade is hammering Chris. Either he's backing off HB so he can take a dig at who he thinks is HB's scum partner... Or Blade is scum trying to set Chris up for a lynch tomorrow. So I need to figure out if either Chris decided ultra early to bus his partner and therefor gain point with town OR if Blade has decided to try and cut the scum team's losses.

Or, y'know, this is a town/town fight. That happens. More likely one of Chris/Blade is scum I think though.
