I'm guess he wants onlookers to vote for Trump. I'm slightly surprised I haven't seen one before now. I live in south central Kentucky, so you'd expect a lot more cause the area is hella republican. Hmm, maybe that's why I haven't seen any till now. Everyone here votes red, so there's nothing to get out of wearing controversial paraphernalia, because, well... it's not controversial here. --- Voted worst user on CE 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
