I think any punch rush would be uniquely bad given that the whole point is to appear as if the punches are being thrown faster than you can see them. To fully animate a punch the audience cant see would be useless, so theyre essentially a simple flipbook of fists at various locations. You bump up the FPS and suddenly the fists hang longer in their positions because theres literally nothing else between them.
