Judge Jody Luebbers delayed sentencing stating she needed more time to decide as investigators say their relationship was "real" The girl said "I know in my heart that i am completely in love with this woman, without a doubt". Walsh cried as she was overwhelmed with emotion The lead investigator is asking for leniency because the student never felt "forced or coerced" The girl said their relationship was both willing as Montgomery Police Detective Steve Hoy said this case is different from a teacher-student relationship adding he believes this was genuine and said "This relationship, i believe, was actually real. It will probably continue to be real" Judge Jody said after meeting with the prosecutors and her attorney, she needed to think about this and will decide later on her fate..
