He's a B actor almost always playing a small part. Blond, really awful teeth. Late 30's, maybe early 40's. He generally has kind of a money bags, douchey sort of accent. When he talks he tends to raise one side of his mouth much more than the other. I've seen him in a lot of stuff but can't remember the names of any of those movies/shows.

I know this is an awful description but I hope someone can help me.

I seem to remember one movie he was at a party, maybe a frat party and he kept hitting on some girl that wasn't interested. Real awkward like and pathetic with his advances.

I guess he sort of looks like Dax. But he's thicker with a much fuller face. Dax doesn't has mouth full of fucked up chompers either. This dude's teeth are seriously jacked. Like some are twisted in his mouth, they're uneven across the bite line and some just look super pointy when they shouldn't be. But that could he due to them being twisted almost sideways.
