He resigned from the Grace Family Baptist Church in Cypress Station and was charged with continuous sexual abuse with a child. The 43 y/o molested his teen cousin for a span of several years according to the Houston Chronicle He had inappropriately touched the teen before the contact "escalated to sexual intercourse multiple times a day or several times a week" The abuse took place between 2013 and 2015 He admitted the crimes to his wife on May 15th and SHE reported it to his co-pastors before they met with him who admitted to them that he had "sinned in grievous ways" The co-pastors went to the police the same day and an investigation was launched He was released on Friday and charged and released on 50K bond. He has since been excommunicated from the church and is no longer receiving salary His wife and 7 kids also don't live with him anymore Earlier in the year he had been outspoken in support of a bill that would abolish abortions in Texas and threatened charging women who undergo the procedure with HOMICIDE.. He cited the bible in his support of the bill to be put forward by Republican Tony Tinderbolt. He said "Whoever authorizes or commits murder is guilty.
