I believe corporations are socially globalist (well, your definition of globalism...though you pretty much just lump everything you dislike as globalist, so its hard to pin down that definition), and economically nationalist. This lets them have their cake and eat it to.

They can capitalize on the majority of the worlds population that are socially progressive, by positioning themselves as champions of progressive causes, thus earning them the sweet, sweet disposable income of reasonably wealthy people in developed nations.

At the same time, it costs them absolutely nothing to vocally support globalist causes, just so long as they benefit from nationalism in the form of their economic bottom line. Your ideology is inherently divisive, pitting different groups against one another and making it easy for corporations to swoop in and take advantage of those divides. Tax breaks, sweat shops, pollution...its all a result of corporations pitting nationalist countries against one another to maximize their profits while milking those countries dry.

What the hell are you talking about? What sort of "solution" are corporations offering to EITHER ideology? My argument is that corporations benefit MORE from a nationalist ideology, not the other way around. And if you want an explanation, I'll offer it again, and I'll try to keep it concise so you can follow along.

So, under your definition of nationalism, each nation should focus internally and look out for their own best interests above all else, correct? And any benefit their actions have to another nation is an added bonus? Am I correct in understanding your interpretation of an ideal nationalist system?

They are openly funding a bunch of "progressive" causes, in addition to pulling the strings secretly. (One could say they are trying to get those "minorities" to become their customers - okay, maybe, but they're turning off more people on the other side.) Trump says the strikes would've killed 150 people in response for downing an unmanned drone, that's why he cancelled them, it would've been an inhumane response.
