Full Throttle 06/05/19 12:56:47 AM #1:	Do you think 60,000 is too LOW of a BOND for this type of gruesome murder? - Results (0 votes) Yes % (0 votes) 0 No % (0 votes) 0 69 y/o Whacko Murderer, Sherman Shirley Fricks from Texas was arrested on first degree murder after he repeatedly SHOT his 27 y/o SON, Sherman Palmer Fricks and then gave him a 20 minute LECTURE as his son laid dying before he took a knife and finished him off!! Police were called at 11am and found Sherman suffering multiple gunshot wounds and stab wounds where he was rushed to Bayshore Hospital but died from his injuries The relationship between the father and son had been strained for some time and the father grew tired of his son's attitude. A prosecutor said Fricks stated he called police before on his son in the past but they couldn't fix it..and then told police today HE fixed it by killing him. Sherman Palmer broke his phone on Saturday and his father drove him to get it fixed and on the way back, his son began kicking the back of the front passenger seat that was occupied by his father's girlfriend..that's when his dad grabbed a .380 pistol and waited for him to return from lunch and planned out his murder... His "initial" plan was to shoot him in the back but when his son returned home, his dad asked him what he ate and he said his son gave him a "smart remark" and that's when he pulled the trigger!! He shot him until "nothing" else came out of the gun and then noticed his son was still alive and breathing..that's when he launched into a "father-son" talk with him and at the end of the lecturing, he took a kitchen knife and stabbed him multiple times. And it's probably enough money to discourage flight although he's almost guaranteed to go to prison so he might as well take this as time served towards his later sentence.
