Union guarantees good paying work. Anime is some of the lowest paying forms of voice-over in the industry. These guys do motion capture and other big things for video games. That's why they're not in much anime anymore. I haven't grabbed ToV DE (yet, I plan to, but my backlog is huge and there's a lot coming out soon that I need to get too), but Grant seemed like a really weird choice, since he has a really distinct voice that isn't terribly similar to Troy's.
