Depends on what the deal is i suppose. But only cases i know of where it happens and makes sense is when its the parent whos criminal and the child still underage. The real problem is that most people just shut down if you start talking about prison, the police, or the justice system in a negative light. People in prison cant visit their dying parents, so should we allow them too as well? I think we should, yes.
