3 Future episode 1
3 Despair episode 1
alternate like that until you're done both
3 Hope

The original versions are actually on PSP, but those were never translated- everything (well, every version of DR1) available in English is based on the Reload version that adds 'school mode'.

Watch a youtube LP after playing 2 if you want, but don't actually play that trash.

After that depends how much you like the series, but the order hombad posted is the best and most thorough.

I guess I might add that it's technically best to read DR Zero (a light novel) between 1 and 2... but honestly it's hard to recommend unless DR1 legit changes your life and you want multiple media forms of the series in your system right that second, lol.

it's worth noticing that 1, 2 and V3 are the games.

DR3 is the anime, which confused me a lot at first

essentially the DR3 anime (Future and Despair) conclude the story trilogy of the first two games, while V3 is a mostly separate story

I have never watched an entire anime series before so I am very dumb about this but I thoroughly enjoyed the first game and will likely be playing the second game shortly.

PS4 versions are totally the same mostly. If you decide to play UDG it's inarguably better on PS4. The audio is noticeablg better on PS4 for all of them, which is the primary difference.

When I went to the homepage for the show, under seasons I can only select the Despair arc and the Future arc. I notice previously someone had mentioned a Hope arc I should watch afterwards. Is that also on this same site under a different header?

The Hope arc is really just the last episode of the Despair arc. So it'll be on there with the rest.

This is a totally FINE game
Maybe it just sucked on the Vita I dunno, but on PC it's totally fine
Not a must-play or anything, but 7/10 is a good rating for it

Vita version of the game is noticeably worse.

Not like the HD version is amazing or anything, there are still problems with the story and....content, but I would definitely say THAT version is still worth playing.

Better than Danganronpa 3 at least.
