This morning I had plain Cheerios with almond milk. Sooo good.

That was actually my first time eating that in a very long time. I think I might do this more often.

What kind of cereal do you eat?

Almost every day. I used to love cheerios until I realized how much sugar is in it. Most cereal is like a sugar bomb. I changed to corn flakes.

Plain Cheerios have low sugar thankfully. But the other varieties? Like Honey Nut Cheeriors? They are sugar bombs.

Corn Flakes are good! I used to eat them with raisins as a kid.

Yeah, this.

When I was cutting sugar out of my diet, removing cereal from my diet was the hardest part haha. I'd been eating cereal damn near every day my entire life... and then you look and see how much sugar is in even 3/4's a cup of the stuff and it's like whooooooooooa.

These days if I do eat cereal, I'll grab a box of special k once or twice a month and it's gone in like 2-3 days... that's how I know I could still easily get re-addicted to the stuff lol

Only ever eat RIce Crispies and Total with any frequency but I do like Cheerios and Cinnamon Toast Crunch occasionally. No more than thrice a week though, I'm more into bacon and/or eggs

Basically every single day besides the weekends.

Couldn't care less about sugar. My fiancee and I almost exclusively buy delicious, sweet cereals. I can't imagine eating a plain-ass bowl of corn flakes. Gimme flavor, I'll work off the extra 30 calories at the gym.

They market stuff like Special K as healthy breakfast but it has so much sugar it turns the milk sweet. Same with Raisin Bran and how the raisins are encrusted with sugar

Cant remember the last time I had cereal.I ate it almost every day until about 17.I love Bran flakes and cheerios..oh and honey bunches of oats.

Twice a day every day. Cocoa Pebbles is the best food to eat. Frosted Flakes is also a great cereal. Oreo O's and Corn Flakes are absolute garbage.
