Fair, but at the same time I think that people expect a company to fire people who suck at their jobs and to promote those who are good. Hence the putting blame on the company, or saying positive things about it when an employee does something right.

I think we should do both in a way, credit or discredit the individual but also point out when a company is keeping bad or good employees staffed. I don't think we should let them of the hook for allowing crap any more than the individual should be let off the hook for creating crap.

I would say there is a kernel of truth to the statement. What annoyed me is when ffxiii was getting similar accusations.

barrett's voice suits his character just fine. if you don't like it then you literally just don't like the character.
