I did a multi and got the old PHY Piccolo. Dokkaned he gives +70% def boost to allies, is that the highest support boost in the game? That's amazing if so, that such an old unit might actually still be useful somewhat

Yeah if you haven't used that LR Broly before his super attack is an AoE that hits every enemy. He's also guaranteed to do it twice so he wrecks a lot of stuff.

We got a banner on New Years that was a 5 step banner, the last step was a guaranteed LR per multi but the total stone cost to get to that last step is 200. Japan got that banner again for 4th anniversary so we'll probably get it around the same time in July.

So yes you should have 200 stones ready to drop on that banner for whenever it shows up

So I did two pulls

First one all I got was INT Videl

Almost didn't pull again

Second one I got
PHY SSJ Kid Trunks
INT Cellza
INT Metal Coora
STR Paikuhan
LR TEQ Goku Black
LR TEQ SSJ Broly

None of them are great outside of the LRs but I mean it's still a nice pull to see after getting totally dicked by the bro banner, and I got the Broly in two pulls which is fantastic. Certainly not complaining!

I just started blazing through the second one before I noticed what I was getting because both times the animation was just Goku with Krillin. Do the animations just not mean anything?

basically if you see certain animations, you're guaranteed something. like if goku and vegeta show up and fuse into vegito blue (i think) you're guaranteed an LR.

but you can also have nothing special happen and still have a chance at an LR

it's a big mess

the guaranteed ssr at the end messes things up too because now youll always see SS3 or "its over frieza" and it means nothing because of the guaranteed ssr

Yeah I got the Broly like halfway through and got like two more SSRs and then Black was the final "guaranteed" one and it was like... Well, daaaaamn, that was 100 stones well worth it.

The LR Freiza battle? That's available on Saturdays every week but maybe that's not what you're talking about.

Kid Buu really wasn't as bad as I thought he would be based on people hyping him up. Not having a way to seal Saiyaman was a bigger threat I think. Ended up using 3 or 4 teams on him but had to save my EXT INT team for Hit.

The only time I spent effort on the frieza battle was to complete the "Get 100% potential 1st form frieza" mission so I could get the final LR Ginyu dupe from it.

I have all of the prime cards maxed out except LR Goku and honestly they're not as bad as people say. They're all pretty good at tanking and their damage is usually around mid-tier, 1 million - 1.5 million range on attack stat. The grind is awful, especially if you're doing it twice to save kais, but sometimes there just isn't anything else to do.

Yeah see, that's the thing for me, the grind is not worth the quality of the card. But to each their own, of course.

Well just imagine that the 25 stamina stage used to cost 50 stamina! Imagine spending 50 stamina and getting 5 medals when you need 777 to awaken them. Maybe it's just a mental thing but knowing that makes me less upset at how grindy it is now.

Super not a fan of the saiyaman fight in ultimate clash. I'm fine with OHKO'ing supers as long as they tell us that's a possibility.

Yeah the worst part is that there's another really difficult TEQ fight in the 3rd round against Hit so you can't even use two INT teams against Saiyaman

Yeah, they dont seem to earn you about his SA from what I can see. At least now you know. Its best to constantly seal or stun him. Just wait til you get to Kid Buu at the end lol

I made it to kid buu and lost, but that's because I ran out of usable units, had to waste some on saiyaman and hit. I feel like I can do better now that I know the different gimmicks of this new slate of enemies.

Well if it doesnt tell you just know Kid Buu can actually Dodge attacks. He can be sealed and have his attack lowered at least

Decided to do one last multi on the Broly banner with the top grossing stones and LR TEQ Broly was the first card. I probably should not have done 5 multis on this banner but it worked out!

Rumor is that the new Goku card is going to be a leader for "Super Saiyan". I'm thinking it's only SSJ1 cards otherwise that category is going to be completely busted. I mean Pure Saiyans already covers most of those cards but a Super Saiyan category would include fusions and Gohan/Trunks cards too.

I have faith they'll keep it from being busted, after all they denied pure saiyan fusions the pure saiyans keyword, and likewise for hybrid saiyan fusions.

One funny thing though is that if they do go this route and eventually introduce a SSJ2 category, then transforming goku will have SSJ/2/3 AND realm of gods categories. That's nuts.
