So it's pretty significant to have this video of him talking about it. You don't have to like the guy to appreciate the video from a historical perspective. Apparently Benoit was traumatized by the deaths of so many of his friends and was always on edge expecting it to happen again, and then it happened to his best friend. I know a guy in real life who killed himself because he overdosed on pain medicine. There was nothing in his life to drive him to do that. He was a kind and happy spirit. His family was utterly shocked. One day he just blew out his brains.
